Volunteer - Painter

SHAPE Club

- During this volunteering experience, our club traveled to a local middle school to provide artistic comfort to the students. Once there, we were responsible for creating a mural on the walls of the recess area. I was tasked with the role of a painter and had to adhere to the instructions provided by my mentor in order to ensure the painting came out correctly.

Volunteer - Tutor

COPE Center North

- As a tutor at a school for pregnant and expecting teens, I aided young mothers in their literature and grammar abilities. In addition to that, I assisted teachers with tidying their classrooms after school.

Community with a Cause

- As a server, I was responsible for dishing up and organizing plates of breakfast food for the homeless and hungry.
