I am a very respectful and responsible teenager in relation to most others. I will gladly help out any one that needs my assistance, on or off the job, because I believe that being courteous to others is very important. I am a people person and love trying to make someone's day just a bit better. My manners are used very frequently, as well. In addition, I am a diligent student, and I work hard to keep my grades in tip-top shape. A part of my education includes a year and a half of Spanish language classes. I currently have a 4.0 GPA at my high school in all honors courses, and I maintain my academic standards with pride. This indicates that I am also able to manage my time efficiently. I am able to think critically and practically, and carry out any duty that I am assigned to with a wide smile on my face.
One of my favorite things to do is spending time having fun with my friends outside of school. I really enjoy playing basketball or doing other outdoor activities when the weather is nice and schedules allow. When I am not doing that, I also enjoy playing video games and talking with my family. I love to cook, and my free time is often spent learning new things and practicing the cello for my school orchestra. I am very interested in the sciences, especially chemistry and physics. My love of learning has inspired me to go above and beyond the laid-out school curriculum for my grade level, such as honors geometry and honors biology. As such, I am now taking sophomore-level mathematics and science courses as a freshman.
