Neighbors
Last year, every weekend I worked with a friend to watch and care for young children. Most recently I was taking care of my neighbors 5 year old son a couple times a week. I babysat for them for 2 years until they moved out of state.

Deaf expo
I wrote down people's information into the system before they entered. I also walked the floor making sure everything was okay and good, keeping the little children from going into places they weren't allowed to.

I assisted all the children in finding toys they wanted after they finished visiting with the deaf Santa.

Skills
I quickly learn most things. I love working with other people and have great communication and listening skills. Right now I am learning conversational American Sign Language. I have gained great costumer service through volunteering.
Interest
I am currently playing varsity tennis for River Ridge high school. I am also taking an American Sign Language class, which is getting me involved with the local deaf community. Just last fall and winter I volunteered at Deaf Expo and Signing Santa. I love reading and listening to music whenever I have time.
